Homeowners association fraud
It seems there are no protections for property owners living in HOA communities. I have suffered financially for years because of corrupt property managers, board members and attorney’s. Law enforcement is lax or non existent. They have refused to turn over financial records and threatened an illegal lien. Why are there so few protections in the law for HOA’s?

So if you think you’re being abused or mistreated, hire an attorney in your area to represent you. If you suspect fraud, you’ll want an advocate who knows the law.
