How do I get Your Organizer form?

I watched you on tv the other day and when i signed up i dont know were to go to get the Organizer to fill out for your wallet

When you fill in the form and click, you will receive a return email, asking you to confirm your free “subscription” to my newsletter   Click to confirm and very shortly you will receive another email containing the link to the Organizer. Click on that link, and then feel fee to print out as many copies as you want. Save the link email in case you want to print more Organizers in the future.
