How much do I need in retirement

I attended your talk at the Economic Club of Southwest Michigan in October and you gave several web sites. I have downloaded your Financial Organizer piece, but I remember that you recommended two other pieces–one on determining how much is needed for retirement and another for how long one may live. I am sharing these with my children and cannot find my notes from your talk. Thank you so much for helping me out..
