You get a W-2 form with all your earnings listed send directly from your employer. That was required to be sent to you early in the year. So if you can’t find it, you need to contact the company and request that one be sent to you.
Maybe they will fax it — since time is running out to do your return! Or maybe they will just tell you the amount on your W-2 so you can enter it on your electronic tax filing — and then they will mail you a copy for your records. (You don’t need the paper form to file electronically; you just need to keep the paper backup info for at least 3 years.)
