I Bond Signature Guarantee
Had a non-customer trying to sign up for I Bonds. She needed a signature guarantee to process.(not a notary). Our branch offices don’t have that stamp and possibly not even one in the bank. The Post Office says no and the Court House said the same thing.
Where do people go for this?

I covered this in a recent article. It’s a tough process. I assume she was trying to CASH old bonds — not buy new ones? Buying a new bond does not require a signature guarantee. Andthe only place to do that is at TreasuryDirect.gov.
