Dear Terry,
I am experiencing a very frustrating situation with my Treasury Direct
account. I have tried multiple times to login to no avail. I enter my account number, receive a OTP, enter the OTP, and receive a note to re-enter the OTP. Upon re-entering the OTP several times I receive a note my account has been locked. Currently I have been on hold on the phone number for 1hr and 30 minutes with a hold time that keeps increasing. Can you help me resolve this issue. Very Frustrated.

I had Treasury look up your account. They told me you DO have a purchase in your account, so that should relieve your mind.
They also said that hold times are falling now that the new lower rates have gone into effect. So wait a week or two, and try calling again to get this resolved.
