Ask Terry Questions I-Bonds — beneficiary

I-Bonds — beneficiary

By Terry Savage on September 20, 2022 | Chicken Money

I have I-Bonds with a beneficiary. I cannot add another name. Will a another seperate “Will” be used to correct this?

Terry Says

At your death, the I-bond will belong to the person you named. If you don’t name a beneficiary or co-owner, then the proceeds will go into your estate and be distributed according to your will.
