I Bonds names
I currently have I Bond with my wife as POD beneficiary. Can I modify this to make my wife the secondary owner and designate a child as the POD beneficiary. The web form seems like it will allow either secondary owner or POD beneficiary, but not both.

You’re correct. Only one subsequent owner per bond. Next time you buy a bond, chose the other designation. Or better yet, buy your savings bonds in the name of your revocable living trust, which will have instructions for distributing all your assets after your death!
