I haven’t received my taxes or stimulas why?

For 2018 I did not file taxes in for 2019 I did .but I filed a paper return on March 21 ,2020 because I couldn’t retrieve an IP pin in April I was informed that the irs has already shut down and will no longer be excepting paper returns. Now I can’t get a stimulas check because the last time I filed was in 2016 ! How am I going to receive any payment to help me get by before I be homeless if I gotta wait months to get any type of payment from the IRS ? Is there any way this process can move a little faster ? I need help !!
