I overpaid what is due and owing to Ides. How to get refund?
IDES owes me money. I overpaid what is due and owing to them. I had to borrow the money to pay them. What can I do to get my refund. Who do I contact.

I’m going to be honest with you — there is very little chance that they will EVER send any of the money back to you! I assume that you received a request to repay PUA money. They sent out hundreds of such requests a few months ago — despite the fact that the new American Rescue Act said they did not have to require repayment of erroneous refunds. I advised people to wait until they figured it out. But you acted honestly — and they are so messed up that I doubt you will ever get a response from them.
