I savings Bonds — how to buy them
I am confused on how to buy I Savings Bonds. I like to buy $5K direct now. I am retired but like the interest rate. I have paid my taxes this year by check. How can I buy them. I am confused on their web site as I dont have a payroll check. Please help.
