iBond and Treasuries
Which would you recommend: Buying treasury bonds on TreasuryDirect or ETF/Mutual funds?
Also, is iBond only available from Treasury direct?

Please read this column. Treasury bills — not bonds — are better substitutes paying higher rates than CDs.
There is no comparison to Exchange Traded Funds or Mutual Funds!! That’s truly apples and oranges.
And, yes, you can ONLY buy Series I-bonds through TreasuryDirect.gov.
