You’ve given a suggestion to cash in last years purchase of IBonds in TreasuryDirect.com and then repurchase. I have paper IBonds purchased with 2022 IRS refund method money. How do I sell those and reinvest? TY

I’d advise hanging on to those. It’s a huge and time consuming proposition to send them in on sale! You made me think twice when you said you had recently purchased paper I-bonds! But then I remembered that can be done with tax refunds!
Just buy some of the current ones, when you get some extra cash.
