Identity issue in another state!
Hello Terry, I received a letter from the State of Alabama – Notification of Potential Pandemic Unemployment Assistance. I have never worked in AL, nor have I been there. I wrote a letter of response stating that. Must I do more? Report to police? I believe that we have frozen our credit.

Immediately follow all the instructions in this article. And keep track of your efforts to report. In Jan you will get a 1099 asking for taxes on your benefits — the money you never received! It will help to have this proof!
