Hi Terry, I need to get in touch with someone at IDES. I’ve been trying for weeks. All offices are closed and they say call back at another time. Do you know someone there or a special phone #. Long time listener, I hear you with Roe.

That’s going to be difficult, if not impossible, until the state opens up. All offices are closed, and they are swamped trying to get unemployment benefits out to a record number of people, while also trying to create a new portal so the category of “self-employed” will be able to register. I’m afraid your issue will have to wait.
