IDES
Terry, I can’t get a hold of anybody at IDES for a login issue. I was out of work in January, supposedly they changed their system. Its now a callback system, but I haven’t heard back since Dec24! Any ideas?

It is impossible to get through to IDES. And I have no back door anymore. Are you receiving your checks, or finding it impossible to certify? I’m sure you’ve left your number. Sometimes it helps to contact them for fraud– if you assume that’s the reason you are locked out. But then it’s tough to get re-started again. I so wish I could help. Maybe contact your state senator?
