Barber 45 years, applied for unemployment end of march, denied, key card 0 balance, I continue to certify, denied each time. Now I hear May 11 , a new program for self employed. Do I start from the beginning again with a new claim or use my claimant number to update or do nothing and hope it all comes together and I receive some money? Just like others I have spent hours on the phone with no contact. So confused, thank you.
