Hi Terry, I called IDES this morning, Monday, September 14th and was told on a recorded message to call on Monday, September 21st. I have been certifying for benefits every two weeks since the 25th of April and don’t understand what happened today? I would call them but the last time I left a message it took over two weeks to get back to me. Any thoughts on what this might mean? Thank You,

At least they got back to you! That’s far more than has happened to many people. It’s just more evidence of how messed up the system is. I would try to keep calling until you get someone — and leave your number for a callback, even though that doesn’t seem to be working either.
