IDES error message
My daughter attempted to file a claim using the IDES connection and after completing the form, she presses ENTER and a message appeared” An error occurred while attempting to process your claim”. We checked using her SS # and there is no claim filed.
What does she have to do next?

Start over and change as many inputs as you can. If she has a middle initial use it. If you put in an employer, adjust the name slightly, Do everything you can to change up what she wrote — except, of course, her SS number, which you cannot change.
If that doesn’t work, then there is nothing to do but get on the “callback list” — which may or may not work!
I wish I could get you more help but I’m locked out too these days!
