Ides fraud and refinancing mortgage
Hi, I listen to you all the time on wgn and I could list what to do what the unemployment fraud when my brother in law called me and said that he and I were listed on a letter from ides asking if he and I were unemployed (he owns the company). My question is this: we are in the middle of refinancing because mortgage rates are so low, when can I freeze my credit with the three companies. Thank you,

You adn your brother in law are victims of identity theft.

You will get a PIN when you freeze your credit. Give it to the bank when you apply for the refi as they will need to check your credit. And don’t delay reporting this identity theft issue to the places on the list.
