IDES Fraud — Bank won’t acknowledge
Terry, I received prepaid visa card from Green Dot Bank, I tried to call and contact them with no success. The payment that was charged to me was Direct Deposit to Bonneville Bank, Account number ending #9573. I contacted Bonneville Bank and they said they could not help me. They filed against my company at which I have been employed here for 46 years. I have do all the other steps you have stated. Were should I go from here. Thank you,

Make sure you freeze your credit immediately using the links in the article.
Then– and I can’t believe a bank didn’t want to accept your complaint –would you send me an email to Terry@TerrySavage.com with your contact info, the number you called at the bank, etc and maybe we will make a call to their fraud department together! I’m shocked you couldn’t get through to them!
