IDES Key Bank cards How to Contact?
I received a card in my husband’s name. He didn’t apply for unemployment because he has been DEAD for 5 years. I put a freeze on my personal credit because his name is still on my checking account which uses a address he never lived at. Is there anything else I should do. Like your previous inquiries, I have tried contacting IDES and Key Bank with no success

There is NO WAY to contact IDES or KEyBank. I know. I’ve tried repeatedly -even through media lines and contacts.
The ONLY thing you can do is NOT activate the card, put a freeze on your credit and check the recent inquiries on your credit report.
If a bank inquired it may be a sign that a new online account was opened in your name so contact that bank. Remember bank accounts do not show up on your credit report.
Then keep watching your balances in online accounts and credit cards.
