IDES online certification not working for certification of last 2 weeks.
IDES online certification not working for certification of last 2 weeks. The only phone help is callback from IDES. First asked for callback on 9-7-20, no call as of yet. On 9-10-20 asked for callback again, system said “# already in queue, only 1 # per day. Need to file certification for last 2 weeks. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

I’m as frustrated as you are. My only suggestion, seriously, is go buy two or three “burner” cell phones and leave them each as a different callback number in the queue! Carry them with you ALL the time — even to the bathroom. If you miss a call you have to start over again. Sorry but this is the best idea I can think of!!!
