IDES overpayment
Any recommendations for disputing the PUA clawback? They sent me a letter saying I have a no fault overpayment of almost $3000 that they want me to pay back. I heard with the new stimulus package, now this can be waived. What do I do- dispute it and wait for a response? Ignore it?

I have written to the governor and his assistants. I cannot fathom why IDES is not announcing that the will stop the clawback. I continue to try to get an answer. My counsel is patience. Surely they will stop this clawback now that it is no longer required.
