IDES payback meeting?

It’s been 2 months since I have heard from IDES regarding my hearing to see if I need to pay back the $18,000 I received from unemployment in the summer of 2020.
If you recall, it was not considered fraud and the last I heard from IDES was September of 2020.
I don’t know what I should do. Thank you for any advice you may have for me. I appreciate your guidance on this.

So you have the money – and they haven’t contacted you?? Just sit tight. If they get back to you demanding the money, please contact me again with specifics. There is a penalty waiver if IDES made mistakes. And they made a lot of them. I know you don’t like the uncertainty but don’t rock the boat right now.
