IDES prepaid debit card but didn’t apply for unemployment
My husband received a prepaid debit card issued by IDES through Key Bank. We are both retired but my husband does work as an independent contractor through our church. Our questions are 1. Is he entitled to Unemployment benefits ? 2. Should we activate this card even though we did not apply for it?Thanks for your help.
