IDES response time
Is there an estimate of how long the IDES phone queue wait time is? I initiated a “call back” regarding a question on my certification (the dates need to be corrected), and I have not heard from them in over a week. If I call back on the number, it says I already have a call back in the queue, and I can’t get ahold of a person. When do I start getting nervous?

You can start getting nervous now– if you’re waiting for benefits! Otherwise, if you’re reporting fraud and don’t get through it is THEIR problem. the new “callback” system is obviously NOT working.
