IDES Unemployment Phishing a few days ago

A few days ago I received a letter claiming a claim was filed in my name. I haven’t worked in 20 years and am retired. A couple days later I received a debit card regarding same subject. I would like to check my credit from the three bureaus. How would I go about that. Thank you in advance.
