Illinois Department of Employment Security
I received a letter in the mail from the Illinois Dept of Employment Security that states i have been off work since 4/6/2020 and that i put a claim in for unemployment. A day or two later i received a prepaid debit card from KeyBank. I have been gainfully employed and have not filed for unemployment benefits. What do i do?
