I am furloughed; I will work one week and off one week until July
Do i need to re-certify each time I am off for the one week

Best I can tell, you need to report your wages for each week, and will not receive benefits per the following from IDES:
Any wages should be reported during the certification process. If the wages are more than half of the WBA, benefits may be decreased by that amount for the weeks the claimant certifies.
Obviously, this will be a big hassle, and be prepared for mistakes!
