Illinois unemployment but not getting federal $600 increase
I’m getting my unemployment payments but don’t see the federal $600 increase. It’s supposed to be automatic and I don’t know who to talk to about it. Please help!

On our WGN radio show on Friday the IDES director acknowledged some problems — but the good news is they are opening a new call center this coming week. So keep trying, because you have a much better chance of getting through to them! And do write back in two weeks if you can’t!
