Illinois Unemployment Insurance for Reduced Hours?

Hi Terry, my company recently reduced my work hours to 35/week. I heard on Good Morning America that any hour reduction due to the virus pandemic are eligible to collect unemployment insurance. I live in the Chicago suburbs, is this true, am I eligible for the insurance funds. Thank you.
