Illinois vs Nevada Trust
We have a recommendation from an Advisor to open a Nevada Trust rather than an Illinois Trust. Stating that each time we need to amend the Illinois Trust we will be faced with large fees and lengthy tasks. Do you agree.

That’s ridiculous –if you’re talking about making a Revocable Living Trust as part of your estate plan! You need an attorney in your state of residence to do that. And it doesn’t cost much to make a change in a RLT.
Nevada may be a trust haven for secreting property out of state, but I doubt that’s what you want. You need a new “advisor”!!
Or to find an estate planning attorney in your state go to www.Search-Attorneys.com, the website of the estate planning bar.
