Im not getting a straight anwser to why i can not access my card??
Do you think you can help me find and get to the bottom and the reason being they are holding my card and not allowing me to use it

Are you taking about an unemployment benefits card? If so,what state? And have you been certifying? If an Illinois resident, have you put your phone number in for a callback from IDES? It could take weeks. Best advice, get a couple of cheap burner phones and keep them with you at all times — and register EACH for a callback!
If just a credit card, cancel it immediately –and apply for a new one from another company.
