Income lost for commission sales in the convention industry

Terry- With the virus poised to shut down social engaging aka the convention industry, I and many others are on course to lose 9-12 months of sales commissions greatly impacting our income. I have seen nothing on IDES that addresses this and I have not been able to get an answer on whether I qualify for benefits. I was told by Ruth Major that 2019 quarterly statements would be reviewed by IDES. Can you provide some assistance with this? Thank you.
