how do i find a n index fund with a low cost margin

Terry Says

By definition, all index funds have low costs. Some are lower than others, however. Go to Fidelity.com or Vanguard.com and open an account there. There are many indexes, but I’d suggest using the Standard & Poor’s 500 Stock Index fund to get broad stock market exposure. Remember, when the market goes down, the value of your fund will decline as well!
