Ask Terry Questions Investment

I am 80 years old. What is the best way to save money for my children for after I pass? I know there is term life insurance but what if I live past 90? Thank you.

Terry Says

Did anyone leave anything to you when they died? I’m serious. I’m betting you made it all on your own.
YOu should be focusing on having enough money to live on to the (unknown) end of your life. Then if anything is left, you should have a simple will done by an attorney saying that any leftovers should be divided among your children.
It’s too late for life insurance. Instead, focus on living!
