Investment options
Hi Terry,
My husband and I have about 75K in our savings account that is not making any interest. What would be a good investment option? We have no credit card debt, house is almost paid off, no car loans, so pretty much no debt. We are 51 years “young” and each of us have 401k and one Roth IRA account.
Looking forward for your advice.
Thank you,

Wow, you’ve done a great job getting to this stage. And this is the perfect time for you to have at least one discussion with a FEE-ONLY FIDUCIARY financial planner who will look at your entire financial situation and make recommendations. On my website in one of the four boxes top right, you’ll find a link to Wealthramp.com, –the search service for these top rated Fiduciary financial planners who will put your interests first.
Set up a meeting so you can review issues like life insurance, estate planning, and even long-term care insurance -=- along with investments. And keep some money in the bank — I call it “chicken money” in case of emergencies. It won’t earn anything these days, but that will change. And in the meantime, you’ll sleep well.
