Investment Strategy -Roth vs NonRoth

By Terry Savage on August 06, 2022 | Investments

I’m 71. Only about 15%of my IRAs are invested in Roth. I will probably never need my Roth money. Does it make sense to invest Roth dollars in a more aggressive portfolio? …. For the Grandkids?
….Retired with no debt.

Well, never say never! I would suggest investing in a way that lets you sleep at night — and letting the grandkids worry about investing whatever is left over by naming them beneficiaries (if they are old enough). If they are younger, you might set aside some of your non-IRA money in a 529 college savings plan for each of them.
