IRA consolidation?
I have a IRA at vanguard and one a Edward Jones. Should I combine them into one and if so is one better than the other.

I’ll bet lunch that the one at Vanguard has lower costs! You can contact Vanguard and ask them to help rollover your other IRA to theirs — thus being able to balance your investments more easily.

One thing — IF you have already started taking RMDs, you must take this year’s from the Jones IRA before doing the rollover.
