Ira to Roth now?
With the stock market down I am thinking of converting my IRA’s is this a good time to do that.

Yes — IF you have the money outside your IRA to pay the taxes. Of course, the ideal time to do the conversion is when the market is at the “bottom” — which you will only know in hindsight. If it falls lower, you can no longer “re-characterize” or reverse that conversion.
