IRS personal and small business taxes

My wife and i own a small business, we are the only employees. I just found out that our business state and fed quarterlies have been filed, but the year end business and personal taxes have not been filed since 2017. Who or what type of person should I contact first for help correcting this issue. Thank you for your advice.

OMG — when you say “have been filed” — WHO did the filing? And WHO neglected to file the annual returns? Was it a tax “professional”??
Did you sign the returns — and they were never filed? Of did you never sign, or ask about, the actual returns??

I think you need a tax attorney to discuss your potential liability (which depends a lot on whether all taxes owed were paid quarterly) and the potential liability of your tax preparer, if you used one.
