IRS Refund
Hi Terry, snail mailed my 2021 fed return on February 8th. No info at all on “where is my refund”. Got through all the prompts to talk to a human @ 18008291040 number, get the high volume message then they disconnect. Any other options or numbers I can use? It is if my 1040 never got there. Thanks in advance.

Your fault. You should have filed electronically and given direct deposit instructions for your refund! You could wait months to get it now. They are still behind in paying out 2020 refunds!
As to “knowing” if they got it, if you insist on snail mail, always send it registered with return receipt requested.
Now, your only choice is Patience.
