Told by IRS to respond to 5071C. Told me I should call as my case cannot be completed online. Called 800-830-5084 & everytime the recording says too busy, call later, or call tomorrow. Called at 7am and they claim to be busy & call tomorrow. Cannot find a way to talk to a real person!! Trying for over 2 months.

It’s time to talk to the TAXPAYER ADVOCATE — You likely can’t get through by phone there, either.
