Late Tax payment
My accountant submitted our taxes late, we got a charge for late payment and interest, I paid that and my accountant reimbursed me. they cashed the check but also sent me another bill, I paid it but I think this will be non stop and there is nobody to call. I have heard they are about 3 months behind, how do I stop this billing?

So they sent you another bill for the same amount you had already paid? Do you have your cancelled check as proof of payment? If so, send a photocopy of that check (front and back) back to the IRS along with your second notice for payment. They should easily get that straightened out.
And WHY did your accountant submit your taxes late?? Next year find a new accountant!
