Living Trust pages needed to prove trust
My bank is asking for the Certificate of Trust. Is there actually a page that would be titled Certificate of Trust OR is the page titled Declaration of Trust what they are looking for? Where can I find a sample of a Certificate of Trust?? Thank You

Ask the attorney who created your Revocable Living Trust for the “relevant pages” to give to the financial institution. That is part of the lawyer’s job. In fact, ask him for several copies of those pages (which exclude all your instructions, etc). Then you will have them handy if you open a bank or investment account or TreasuryDirect account in the name of the trust.
And be sure you change the title to your home into the name of the trust. The lawyer should have done that as part of his/her service.
