lost money– no PUA though account says “paid”
my pua status says paid but it hasn’t been loaded on my debit card its been 18 days now still no money only the weekly benefit. It showes no history of my pua ever been put on my card so why does it says paid ? How do I go about finding out where that money went? Iam confused is it possible It could have went somewhere else

i know how tough it is to be caught not knowing — but 18 days is reasonable for transition. My suggestion is to get on the callback list from IDES. Maybe get another phone or two, cheap ones, and register those for a callback as well. Carry them with you everywhere so you don’t miss a callback. It may take as long as a month from my experience to get a callback — and hopefully by then you will have received your money. If not, please write back as I am “collecting” these sad stories to pass on to the Governor! Sorry, this is the best I can do to help you.
