Lost refund check from U.S. Treasury Department
Can you help me locate it? I was in Florida from Jan. 11 and returned on March 21. The mail never got forward to my Florida location and I still haven’t gotten the check. It was registered through the Naperville post office on Feb. 4.

Ugh! You’ll have to file form 3911 with the IRS if you still haven’t received it!
