Message on treasury.gov

Terry, I was looking up recent daily treasury bill rates at Treasury.gov. At the top of the page is a message that reads: “President Donald J. Trump has signed a Continuing Resolution through January 30th. Thanks to the President’s decisive leadership in the face of radical left-wing obstructionism, the Department of the Treasury has now resumed normal operations.” I thought the Treasury was a non-political department. Is this legal on a government website? Needless to say ,this bothers me. Your thoughts? I listen to you every week on WGN 720 and as a boomer appreciate your insight and advice. Thanks!
