wife&I are retired,income less than 50,000.00 ,paid no taxes,will we receive any money?

Assuming you receive Social Security or other government benefits, yes they will find you easily.
I am researching now how they will find people who do not file because of low income, do not get any government benefits, and are basically “invisible’ to the system!
